1. Who we are
Trinca Mania is a game developed by IGRION LTDA, which is responsible for the Android application identified by the package com.igrion.trincamania. This policy explains how data is used in the game and by integrated advertising services.
2. Scope
This policy applies to the Trinca Mania application. The game works without registration or login. There is no IGRION player account or proprietary server to receive and synchronize your progress. When you open links or interact with third-party services, those services’ policies also apply.
3. Data stored locally
The application stores level progress, stars, coins, power-ups, lives, keys, chests, rewards, missions, recipes, unlocks, cosmetics, story, events, challenges and check-in on the device itself. It also stores your chosen name, an avatar from the game’s catalog, music, sound effects and vibration preferences, tutorials already viewed and records needed to continue the game.
The application does not send this local data to an IGRION progress server. An ongoing game may use temporary state in memory, which is not equivalent to a permanent save. The game does not offer remote recovery or automatic transfer of saves between devices.
4. Advertising
The game has integration for banners and rewarded ads. Display depends on service availability and application configuration. Watching a rewarded ad is the player’s choice. Advertising services may process their own data, separately from the local saves described above.
5. Google Mobile Ads
We use the Google Mobile Ads/AdMob integration for advertising. When these services are used, technical information may be transmitted to Google to serve and measure ads, keep the service functioning and prevent fraud. This communication does not mean that your name, avatar or local save is sent to IGRION. See also the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Consent and advertising preferences
The integration consults Google’s User Messaging Platform, UMP, to obtain consent information during the advertising initialization flow. The messages and options presented depend on the region and the configuration of these services. This policy does not replace a request for consent when one is required.
You can consult Google’s privacy and advertising controls and Android’s advertising identification controls. Options vary by device and service. The application currently does not provide a button in Settings to reopen the UMP form; reading this policy must not be confused with changing or withdrawing consent.
7. Identifiers and technical data
Advertising services may process data depending on the region, configuration, consent and services used, including IP address and approximate location derived from it, advertising/device identifiers, interactions with the application and ads, operational diagnostics, fraud prevention information and consent choices. The categories and identifiers actually used may vary; it is not assumed that all of them are processed for every user.
We do not request access to GPS location to play. Approximate location estimated from the connection is a different type of processing. See the information from Google Mobile Ads on data processing and on Google advertising and controls.
8. Purposes and measurement
Local data allows you to continue the game, receive rewards and apply your preferences. Advertising services may use technical information for displaying and measuring ads, diagnostics, security and fraud prevention.
Trinca Mania does not transmit events to an IGRION proprietary analytics service in the version described here and does not have its own crash reporting integration. Measurement and diagnostics by advertising SDKs are handled separately and may occur when those services are used.
9. Sharing with third parties
Data processed by advertising services may be received by Google and involved in those services’ advertising operations, according to their configurations and policies. This processing may take place on infrastructure outside Brazil. IGRION does not maintain a remote copy of the local save to share. If you voluntarily send information to the support contact, IGRION may receive the content needed to respond to your request.
10. Retention
Saves and preferences remain in the application’s storage until they are changed, reset by the applicable command or removed by clearing the app’s data. The progress reset has a limited scope, explained in section 14. There is no automatic deadline for general deletion of saves.
Information received through the support contact must be limited to what is necessary to address the request and to applicable legal grounds for retention. Data processed directly by Google has its own retention rules, described in its Privacy Policy; the game’s reset does not control those periods.
11. Security
Saves are kept in the application’s storage area on the device, under the operating system’s controls. Local storage does not have its own encryption layer implemented by the game. Protect your device and keep the system updated. There is no guarantee of anonymity or absolute security. External services have their own security procedures, presented in their policies.
12. Children and target audience
The application does not request age or date of birth and does not require identifying data to create an account. The chosen name and avatar remain local. This policy does not declare participation in the store’s children’s programs or assign an age group to the player.
Parents and guardians can monitor device use and privacy choices. Requests related to children’s and adolescents’ data may be sent to the contact listed in section 17, subject to the protections of applicable law and the best interests of the child or adolescent.
13. User rights and choices
You can change preferences in the application, edit your local identity, restart progress or clear the app’s data in Android Settings. For personal data processed by IGRION, you can request information, access, correction, portability where applicable, objection, withdrawal of consent and anonymization, blocking or deletion in the cases provided for by the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
Use the contact in section 17 to send your request. IGRION does not have remote access to your local storage. For data processed directly by Google, also consult its privacy controls and dedicated channels. There is no IGRION player account to delete.
14. Deletion and reset of local data
In Settings → Reset progress, the game resets campaign progress and its records of levels, stars, coins, power-ups, keys, chests and rewards; missions, recipes, secret levels, mastery, cosmetics, story, world progression, daily challenge and check-in. It also restores lives, tray states and magic triple-match rescue states, resets some tutorials and removes the saved map navigation context.
This command does not delete all local data. Your name, avatar and music, sound effects and vibration preferences are retained. Other local records also remain, such as events, Bosque Extremo, specific learning records, save migration records and technical testing states when present.
To remove the application’s local data comprehensively, use the option to clear Trinca Mania’s storage/data in Android Settings. This removes local progress; there is no recovery through an IGRION account. Uninstalling may remove app data depending on the system; prefer clearing storage if the purpose is to delete local data. None of these actions deletes data already processed on Google’s or other services’ servers, or erases the device’s advertising identifier.
15. Third-party services
When using advertising services or opening external pages, consult the respective services’ policies: Google privacy and Google advertising. Choices in those services are not replaced by the game’s reset button.
16. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the application or data processing. The updated version will be available on the official page linked in the application, with its effective date. When a change requires new information or consent, making this policy available does not replace that procedure.
